GIMS - 7th/8th GRADE VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION
LATEST NEWS : SEPTEMBER 6, 2020
Dear GIMS families and students,
Yay, yay, yay! I got some concrete information now that we can practice in the gyms! Below you will find lots of information about our season, please be patient and don’t hesitate to email 7th grade coach Casey Irvine or 8th grade coach Anna Stanko with any questions.
We will have some additional requirements and duties due to Covid-19. Among these are daily check-ins, including temperature checks, mask wearing during practice and social distancing. (Game play safety and audience attendance - please refer to the email from the GI Athletic Department).
As far as a required physical, you can use your 2019-2020 physical if you played a sport last year and it is already on file. If not, you will need a new physical to participate during try-outs and throughout the season - physicals on file BEFORE try-outs on September 14th.
AND I am thrilled to announce that our new 8th grade coach, Anna Stanko has tons of experience within GI schools and our volleyball teams - let's welcome her to the GIMS volleyball team!
